Apprenticeship programme

This opportunity is an on-the job training in which "employment and further education work in tandem and complement each other".  Young people with disabilities and/ or SEN are supported to gain experience and confidence in commercial projects as a member of a caring and professional team. Apprentices gain a polished CV, portfolio, hands-on experience, as well as a socially balanced training environment.  This unique exposure will be a stepping stone towards further studies in the creative industry, accumulated practical work experience, social practice to work with and communicate with colleagues and a start to a rewarding career."  

There are 3 foundation classes for beginner in Art and Design programme.. For Foundation 1, it will devise into art and design studies. The process will involve a combination of drawing, painting, and basic design skills with Adobe Photoshop, allowing participants to learn various ways of drawing, painting techniques such as colour and tonal relationship. Moreover, the programme is also focusing on self-learning, tutors will guide the participants to learn from research and analyses to presentation.

Pathway to the Art + Design Apprenticeship Workshop Programme 

With photography, short video and graphic motion picture, the story and message is told via digital form to the audience.  This is a hands-on learning and on-the-job training for anyone interested in the power of the digital media.
